za, Adrian Marin Franco comes from a lineage of culinary talent, with both his mother and grandmother being accomplished cooks. This heritage instilled in him a deep passion for the culinary arts from a young age.
Despite initially steering away from formal culinary education due to his mother's insistence, Adrian's determination led him to enroll at the Miralbueno Hospitality School in Zaragoza in 2014. His journey with Hotel Marqués de Riscal began a decade ago when he completed his internship there. Following this, he gained experience in various small restaurants in Zaragoza, driven by his ambition to learn and grow.


Adrian's relentless pursuit of excellence brought him back to Marqués de Riscal, where he has steadily risen through the ranks. His commitment to continuous improvement saw him undergo training at the renowned Echaurren kitchen under the guidance of Francis Paniego. Starting as a cook, Adrian's dedication and innovative approach have earned him the position of Executive Chef.


Known for his ambition and goal-oriented mindset, Adrian ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction. His responsible and committed nature, coupled with a constant drive for innovation, makes him a standout leader in the culinary world.

Marta is a distinguished sommelier with a profound expertise in Rioja wines. She holds a degree in Enology and a title as Superior Technician in Viticulture and Enotechnics, complemented by a Master's in Wine Marketing from Vitoria University.


Her passion for wine led her to co-found the Sommeliers Cultural Association of La Rioja, where she served as president for six years and currently holds the position of vice-president. Marta's dedication to the world of wine and her specialization in Rioja wines have made her a respected figure in the industry.


Since 2006, Marta has been the sommelier at Hotel Marqués de Riscal, where she brings her extensive knowledge and experience to enhance the guest experience. Her commitment to excellence and her innovative approach to wine selection and pairing ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and refined dining experience.
