This heritage instilled in him a deep passion for the culinary arts from a young age.

Despite initially distancing himself from formal culinary education due to his mother's insistence, Adrián's determination led him to enroll in the Miralbueno Hospitality School in Zaragoza in 2014. His journey with the Hotel Marqués de Riscal began a decade ago when he completed his internship there. Subsequently, he gained experience at several small restaurants in Zaragoza, driven by his ambition to learn and grow.

Adrián's relentless pursuit of excellence brought him back to Marqués de Riscal, where he has steadily risen through the ranks. His commitment to continuous improvement led him to receive training in the renowned Echaurren kitchen under the guidance of Francis Paniego. Starting as a cook, Adrián's dedication and innovative approach have earned him the position of Executive Chef.

Known for his ambition and goal-oriented mindset, Adrián ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction. His responsible and committed nature, along with a constant drive for innovation, makes him a standout leader in the culinary world.

She holds a degree in Oenology and a Higher Technical degree in Viticulture and Enology, complemented by a Master's in Wine Marketing from the University of Vitoria.

Her passion for wine led her to co-found the Cultural Association of Sommeliers of La Rioja, where she served as president for six years and currently holds the position of vice president. Marta's dedication to the world of wine and her specialization in Rioja wines have made her a respected figure in the industry.

Since 2006, Marta has been the sommelier at Hotel Marqués de Riscal, where she brings her extensive knowledge and experience to enhance the guests' experience. Her commitment to excellence and her innovative approach to wine selection and pairing ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and refined dining experience.
